Dusk growled as Ochrestorm landed on his scruff. He shook himself violently, preparing to roll on his back if this cat was too stubborn. His head whipped around, gleaming teeth closing on the cat's tail.

Cinderpelt clenched his teeth together. He never complained about things and never questioned the will of StarClan. Nevertheless he clawed wildly at Twilight's head until he felt himself growing light. He blinked in surprise as he realized that he felt no pain, he felt as if he were hovering outside of himself and all of this was happening to someone else. He began going limp. As darkness started closing in around him he closed his eyes, giving himself up to StarClan and knowing that he could do no more for his clan, he had had a full life and now he was being summoned to his real home.

Twilight felt his body go limp, but could still feel a slight bit of life within him. With vigourous strength, she threw her head to the right, opening her jaws at the same time, sending Cinderpelt's body flying from her mouth. As it landed with a thud, [is that ok, or is that too much powerplay] she advanced forward, her mouth part, her eyes gleaming wildly as a growl rose in her throat.
Smokeosong screeched, and winced as his body was flung from her mouth. She started forward, trying to rush to Cinderpelt's side. But Twilight blocked her, and she could only pace ferverishly, looking desperately around for help.

[{fine with me *sniffles* poor Cinder}]
Cinderpelt only barely felt himself come into contact with the ground. His life hung by a thread now, and he knew it. He lay still, barely breathing and wondering if the dog might leave him if he looked dead enough. He kept his eyes screwed shut and stayed as limp as a rag. He only hoped that Smokesong would get away safely. He was anxious to see if she was alright but forced himself to stay still.

Twilight was now a big hulking shadow of death. She was only centimeters away from Cinderpelt's body. She leaned down, and growled into his ear, "You're dead, and nothing your pretty little kitty can do to stop it." With that said, she pawd at his side, till his belly was exposed...
[I'll let you do one more post till she makes the final blow...]

[{aw man, this is gonna be hard }] Cinderpelt pulled the last of his strength together, he was going to show this flea-bag that cats could have surprises too. He muffled a groan as he came back to his body. He stayed still as he gained control of his limbs once more and taking a deep breath he hurled himself at the creature's face. He knew that it was dangerous and he knew this was the last move he would make, but he hoped to make the creatures have second thoughts about attacking again. Anyways, he thought to himself. this'll distract it from Smokesong for a little longer.

Twilight yelped as his claws dug in. Her ears pulled back, she lunged forward, and instantly felt her teeth grab flesh. She pulled with all her might, and ripped open his stomach, she shook her head and he slipped to the ground. She backed up a few steps to see if he was finished, her eyes shining with triump and bloodlust, she completely forgot about Smokesong.
[Trying to least graphic as possible here....]
Smokesong yowled loudly as she saw blood spill on the ground. She was frozen in shock, and whimpering helplessly. Her eyes glued to Cinderpelt's body as his life flowed from him. Her gaze flicked to Twilight and she saw that evil smirk on her face she nearly hissed like a demon cat. She fought to stay where she was knowing that Twilight had forgotten about her... for the moment.

A sudden yowl broke over the battle's noise; it was full of power, and fury. Then stream of three RiverClan cats burst on to the scene, eyes alight with rage. Rainstar, Minkpelt, and Lionheart all raced forward, in a horizontal line, looking for the nearest dog.
Stormfur suddenly had an idea. As Fangs sprang toward him, he quickly dropped flat on his back, and extended his claws upward. If the plan worked correctly, it would slice Fang's down the center of his underbelly, and perhaps shed some blood... [Please let him hit... Stormfur is about to faint anyways.]
Prince flew to Smokesong, ready to attack the she-cat. If Twilight was going to ignore the cat, he would take charge. He landed in front of her face, and let a growl slip. "Hello kitten."
But seconds later, Lionheart was next to Smokesong, ready to aid her against the giant beast. His fur stood on end, and he let a sharp yowl go.

Fangs saw the cat roll on his back and raise its claws, but he had already sprung. He yelped as he felt Stormfur's claws, like a dozen little needles. When he landed on the other side of Stormfur he growled and wheeled around furiously. Little pincushion. He circled Stormfur, looking for a good opening. He was finding that he hated cats more than he thought. He had thought that this would be quite easy, but this cat at least was being quite a bit of trouble. He watched the thorny claws warily, not to keen on feeling them again.

In her rage, Twilight turned and snarled at Prince, then realized he was just helping her out. Backing off, she looked around for another cat, considering Smokesong finsihed.
Smokesong was lucky Lionheart had come to her rescue. Her belly grazed the ground, her eyes wide and panicky. She was in shock and could barely move. My fault, it was all my fault, it was my fault he died... This nightmare repeated in her head over and over. A flash of gold beside her as Lionheart was there, she looked at him blankly not realizing that she was in danger.

Crux Ansata grinned with foul satisfaction when she saw one of the cat's fall. She barked loudly, gently praising her pack but telling them to hurry up at the same time.
Ochrestorm pulled his tail close up to his stomach when the dog tried to get at it. He growled before his claws dug deeper into the scruff of the canine and he gave a loud screech when he saw Cinderpelt be mauled by a dog. "You dung-brained-" but he never got to finish his insult. He was thrown from the dog and hit the floor with a loud thud. He growled and stood up, a pain shooting through him.

Dusk padded over to Ochrestorm, grinning with glee. His tail waved from side to side while his eyes glittered joyfully at the cat. He appeared to halt, relaxing and standing still for a few heartbeats. But that was only a disguise, a common and favorite tactic of his.
Blink and you'd miss it. Dusk leaped off the ground and rushed through the air, aimed straight at the center of the tom's body. His greedy eyes stayed glued to Ochrestorm, calculating every flinch of the cat's muscles.

Ochrestorm mocked his stance for a moment, he blinked quickly and leapt into the air when Dusk flew at him. He growled and connected with the brutes face, his hind legs between the beasts jaws. He snarled, raking his claws down.

Dusk growled as Ochrestorm's claws made a deep cut on his shoulder. He shook the cat brutally from side to side, his flanks heaving from the effort it took. Then the dog stopped, attempting to make Ochrestorm hit his head on the ground. He lifted the cat as high as he could, but the weight was too great. Dusk's jaws parted, gasping for breath, for a heartbeat not caring about what happened to his furry prey.

As Ochrestorn was lifted slightly Ochrestorm took his chance and raked his back claws down Dusks' throat. If it had been earlier, he would have done it with much more strength, but now he was beginning to tire.
