It's a website where you make an account and upload pictures from your file. Each picture you upload has its own unique link, so you can use it on sites like proboards  |

...but you have to register. It's free, but if you don't want to bother with making your own account, I would recommend Tinypic™. You just upload straight from the home page. If you really want to get serious, I would recommend dA (deviantART).
